R&G’s wide range of housing options include small structured groups, living with 24-hour staffing support, to individualized support that focuses on providing just the right amount of assistance needed to maintain independence.
Group Residence
R&G Group residence offers 24-hour staffing support with medical and behavioral, oversight training and assistance with personal care, and independent living skills, as determined by the person's individual support plan. Funding for these services is typically provided through DDS or private arrangements.
Shared Living
Shared living is an arrangement in which an individual shares a home with a trained care provider who provides needed support. R&G recruits and trains caring, responsible care providers. and works together to match individuals' needs and interests with those of the family.
Vocation Training
R&G Vocational services offers customized employment training, job placement, and coaching to ensure long-term success. We match people to the vocational situation that is right for them.
Individualized Support Option
Individualized support provides services needed to allow a person to remain in their own living arrangement and obtain skills in preparation for an independent living setting.
Respite Services
R&G Healthcare Services provides respite services which will offer a valuable benefit to both the care provider and the person receiving the support providing the family member with time off from their caregiving responsibilities, and the individual with quality consistent care, and opportunities for growth.
Behavioral Support
R&G provides behavioral support and training for families through two distinct services. (IHBS) In-home behavior services and applied behavioral analysis. Our experienced providers help you decide which programs are beneficial for you.
